Most of the female species wants a man who treats them like “a queen.” They want to be pampered and downed in gold (which I guess, isn’t a bad thing). Most of those women have an ideal type of man implanted into their mind. A man stripped of his originality in order to conform to their partner’s vision of a perfect man. I guess I am one of those women, too. But who doesn’t have standards? However, I do not want to be a “queen” nor do I want my significant other to be my “king.” I just want a best friend to have all to myself for the rest of my life. I want to share a lot of things with my future husband. Humor, morals, secrets, advice, tears, and most of all, love. I do not want my future husband to change for me because I should accept him for who he truly is- perfections and flaws. It would be a good lesson for me to learn how to grow with something that is much different from myself. In that case, we would stabilize each other, be each other’s support system, and continue to grow until no one can stop us. The day I meet the man that I can do that with, will be the day my crazy soul will be tamed. Now all I can hope for is that day does come- some day.
I can not count the number of times this trick has saved my ass.
And people say Tumblr doesn’t teach you life skills…
this will come in handy one day
